High School

White Jr. proved himself as one of the most dominant players in South Dakota during his senior season at Rapid City Central High School. He led all Class AA schools in scoring, averaging 21.8 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.5 steals per game, while consistently delivering in high-pressure moments. His performance earned him First Team All-State honors, a spot as a South Dakota Mr. Basketball finalist, and invitations to both the South Dakota All-Star Game and the Lakota All-Star Game.

Gilbert White Jr. went to RC Central for his freshman and sophomore years, attended Lakota Tech his junior year season where he averaged 20.2 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 2.1 APG, and 3.2 SPG.
