Four Winds University is thrilled to announce the commitment of former JUCO All-American Cecelio Montgomery to the Wolfpack basketball team for the 2024-2025 season. Cecelio joins the Wolfpack with a remarkable track record but also a renewed hunger. 

During his time with the Thunderbirds at UTTC, Montgomery was one of the top JUCO players in the nation averaging 19.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.6 steals per game, while shooting 40% from beyond the arc. The Rapid City, S.D., native has proven himself to be a dynamic scorer and a playmaker, making him an ideal fit for the Wolfpack’s high-scoring offense.

“Our offensive system is built around having at least seven guys averaging double figures because when one of us eats, we all eat,” said Shaun Little Horn, Head Coach of the Wolfpack. “Cecelio is a tremendous asset to our program—not only does he fit perfectly into our defensive system, but he’s also another one of those players who can go for 30+ on any night.”

The Four Winds Wolfpack’s inaugural season will feature over 30 games, including matchups against both tribal and non-tribal colleges. All games will be broadcasted on Roku TV, Amazon TV, and Apple TV, providing extensive exposure for the team and its players.
